  • Please be advised that written communications sent to the Cupertino City Council, Commissioners or City staff concerning an item on the agenda are included as supplemental material to the agendized item (CMC 2.08.100). These are accessible to the public through the City's website and kept in packet archives. You are hereby admonished not to include any personal or private information that you do not wish to make public; doing so shall constitute a waiver of any privacy rights you may have on the information provided to the City.
  • Effective January 1, 2023, Government Code Section 65103.5 (SB 1214) limits the distribution and publication of copyrighted material associated with the review of development projects. Members of the public wishing to view complete plans for a project may make an appointment with the Planning Division to view them at City Hall by sending an email to planning@cupertino.gov. Plans will also be made available digitally during any hearings to consider the proposal.
