Event and Community Festival Information

Applications are due February 15 for the following fiscal year July 1 - June 30. 

The Parks and Recreation Department is committed to partnering with local civic organizations to produce outstanding events and community festivals. 

Event Organizers interested in holding a festival should read the Events and Community Festivals Application and Information Packet. This information will allow applicants to review event requirements and understand the event application, approval, planning process. The Events and Community Festivals Application and Information Packet for fiscal year July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2028 will be updated and posted here in December 2026. The 2026 packet is posted here as a reference.
