Zoning Code and Planning Maps
The City offers zoning and other spatial information to the public in multiple ways. The most convenient way is to use the interactive tools highlighted below. Please note though that the interactive tools may sometimes have information that is contradictory to the "static" maps, and must be used with caution. They are provided for your convenience but please be advised that the static maps are the City's official record. Please verify all information with the Planning Division before making important decisions about the use and disposition, including leasing, of your property.

The City has multiple interactive tools to help persons find information, including zoning and other information about their property:
Gridics
The City of Cupertino has implemented the Gridics interactive zoning map, Zoning Quick Check, and Zoning Code text platform to streamline information gathering processes for City planners, residents, and developers.
- A 3D interactive map with zoning code allows users to visualize the buildable capacity of every parcel in the City as allowed by zoning.
- The online property lookup tool delivers deep, parcel-specific zoning data to help users get the answers they need.
- The Zoning and Land Development Code has been digitized into an easily searchable tool.
