Development of 12 townhomes evenly dispersed into two buildings, including 2 affordable units, to replace an existing single-family use on a 0.44-acre site. The property is located in the north-east area of Cupertino and shares property lines with the City of Sunnyvale to the North, South and East of the site and PG&E utility use to the West.
