Visitor Pass
Senior guests can access the Senior Center for social activities and one-day lectures for a $5 fee, which includes a one-day parking permit. For luncheons, guests pay this fee plus the activity cost. To obtain a Visitor Pass, sign up at the front desk or download the Visitor Pass form in advance.
Drop-in Pass
Drop-in Passes allow Senior Center members to register for individual exercise classes on a space-available basis. These passes are only for select classes offered by the Cupertino Senior Center and are not equivalent to a Membership Day Pass. Look for the Drop-in Pass logo on select classes in the 50+ Scene. Please note that passes are non-refundable, and classes may be canceled if minimum registration is not met. Senior Center membership is required to purchase a Drop-in Pass.
Gift Certificates
Cupertino Senior Center offers gift cards that can be purchased to give as gifts to family and friends. Gift cards are redeemable toward trips, special events, membership, or activities. Call (408) 777-3150 for details.
Caregivers
Participants who have caregivers may have the caregiver accompany them to programs at the Senior Center. A caregiver is defined as a qualified and physically able companion to accompany a participant who needs such assistance and must assume total responsibility for their well-being. The only time there is a charge for the caregiver is for a luncheon or trip, no visitor pass is needed.
Stay Active Fund
The Stay Active Fund is about helping Cupertino adults 50 and older remain active, engaged, and participating in the Cupertino Senior Center. This fund provides assistance to offset the cost of a Senior Center membership and registration for classes and events.
The membership scholarship covers up to 50% of the resident membership fee and requires that the applicant submit a payment of the remaining amount. The class and event scholarship allows a member to request a reduction in price for a class or event. The member may receive this reduction in price four times per year. The scholarship will cover up to 50% of the class or event fee. The applicant is responsible for the remaining amount.
To request participation in this scholarship program, the applicant must complete a Stay Active Fund Application at the Senior Center front desk and submit the application and appropriate documentation to the Senior Center Supervisor for review and approval. The Stay Active Fund is available each year from November 1 to June 30 or until the funds are spent.
For more information about the Stay Active Fund, please contact the Senior Center at (408) 777-3150 or senior_center@cupertino.gov.
