Application Summary

Project Description:  Development of 35 townhomes equally dispersed into five buildings, inclusive of 5 affordable units, to replace an existing commercial use on a 1.67-acre site. The property is located in the south-east area of Cupertino adjacent to City of San Jose to the east and City of Saratoga to the South of the project site, within the South-Saratoga Sunnyvale Road Conceptual Zoning Plan. A Tentative Map (TM-2025-006), Architectural and Site Approval (ASA-2025-014), Use Permit (U-2025-005) and Tree Removal Permit (TR-2025-030) is required. The proposal is made under the provisions of the Housing Accountability Act and requests Density Bonus waivers and incentives under state law.
