Foothill Expressway Multimodal Feasibility Study

Project Overview
The Foothill Expressway Multimodal Feasibility Study is a transportation planning project being led by the County of Santa Clara.
It aims to evaluate the feasibility of implementing a Class I mixed-use path along approximately 10 miles of Foothill Expressway and Junipero Serra Boulevard, stretching from Alpine Road/Santa Cruz Avenue in San Mateo County to Cristo Rey Drive/Starling Drive in Cupertino.
The study focuses on enhancing safety for cyclists and pedestrians, assessing design alternatives, and developing a preferred project plan to position the project for future grant funding.
Please note: This is a County of Santa Clara project and is not managed by the City of Cupertino.
