Permits

There are several business activities or occupations which require an additional permit, aside from a City Business License. Some of these permits are issued by the Code Enforcement Division.

If you are interested in obtaining any of these permits, please reach out to the Code Enforcement Division to schedule a meeting with staff. There are specific requirements associated with each of these proposed activities. You may do so via email at code@cupertino.gov or by calling 408.777.3182.
