In celebration of Cupertino’s 70th Anniversary on October 10, 2025, the Cupertino Stories initiative invites community members to share personal stories about their connection to the City. Whether you’ve lived, worked, volunteered, or done business here, your story matters. Submit yours at cupertinostories.org or email cupertinostories@gmail.com. This project is a partnership with the Cupertino Library Foundation, Cupertino Historical Society, and other local organizations.

As Cupertino proudly celebrates its 70th Anniversary in October 2025, we invite the community to reflect on the people, places, and moments that make our city so special. The Cupertino Stories initiative—launched by the Mayor’s Office—encourages everyone who has lived, worked, studied, volunteered, or done business in Cupertino to share their unique story with the community.

This initiative, led and managed by California Science and Technology University ( https://www.cstu.edu/ ), is made possible through the collaboration of local organizations, including: Cupertino TV Productions, Cupertino Historical Society & Museum, Visionary Arts, IvyMax, Cubeioo, Rotary Club of Cupertino, Mifen Yo！米粉阵, Fantuan Delivery, Vigiles Robotics, Cupertino Library Foundation, Vimmerse, Metaport, Echo, and Golden Bay Grandpa Hearing Aids Club, and etc.

California Science and Technology University rebuilt the Cupertino Stories website and launched a new app called Media Convert, which allows citizens to submit stories in any media format—video, audio, text, or images—and convert them into written stories for sharing. Through public outreach, event booths, and community partners, we have collected over 530 stories from people across Cupertino.

To celebrate these contributions, we are organizing a Cupertino Stories Exhibition in partnership with Visionary Arts, to be held at the Cupertino Library. In addition, we are hosting the Cupertino Stories Contest, culminating in a citywide celebration and award ceremony.

Celebrate the art, energy, and culture of Kung Fu at Cupertino’s International Kung Fu Day & Cultural Carnival . at Cupertino Memorial Park.
