Application Summary

Project Description:  Development of to construct eight (8) single-family residence, six (6) attached townhome residences, and fifteen (15) condominiums in a 4-story building (twenty-nine (29) units total). The Applicant is proposing to deed restrict two (2) of the units as very low-income households (50% of AMI) and three (3) units to moderate-income households (110% of AMI) for a total of five (5) affordable units to replace a vacant commercial site. The property once was the site of the Foothill Market which was demolished (Prior approvals for a mixed use development include EA-2018-06, Z-2018-02, DP-2018-07,ASA-2018-09, U-2019-04,TM-2018-04, TR-2018-39). A Tentative Map (TM-2025-007), and Architectural and Site Approval (ASA-2025-015) are required. The proposal is made under the provisions of the Housing Accountability Act and requests Density Bonus waivers and incentives under state law.
