Application Summary

Project Description:  Development of 27 townhomes dispersed into four buildings, inclusive of 5 affordable units, to replace an existing commercial/office use on a 1.55-acre site. The property is located on the eastside of Bandley Drive, within the N. De Anza Boulevard Conceptual Plan. A Tentative Map (TM-2025-033), Architectural and Site Approval (ASA-2025-016), and Tree Removal Permit (TR-2025-008) is required. The proposal is made under the provisions of the Housing Accountability Act and requests Density Bonus waivers and incentives under state law.
