November 2026 Ballot Measures

The City Council is considering placing two measures on the November 2026 ballot for Cupertino voters to consider:

  1. Utility Users Tax (UUT) Renewal Measure: A measure to renew the existing Utility Users Tax at the current tax rate without an increase for an additional ten years to continue funding City services.
  2. Parks and Open Space Protection Measure: A measure that would require voter approval before certain changes could be made to designated parks, parkland, and open space.
