Join Mayor Kitty Moore for Taiso, a simple and energizing Japanese exercise routine that promotes flexibility, circulation, and overall wellness.

Hosted by the City of Cupertino and the Cupertino-Toyokawa Sister Cities Committee (CTSC), this free event introduces participants to Radio Taiso, a nearly 100-year-old Japanese exercise routine designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. As part of Mayor Moore's Initiative, the event encourages residents to stay active, connect with others, and explore a fun and accessible wellness tradition practiced in Japan for generations.

The event will feature a special appearance by the CTSC-sponsored 2026 San Francisco Cherry Blossom Festival Queen.
