ℹ️ Permit Center Counter: Drop-In In-Person Services
When you arrive for drop-in services, please follow the steps below:
- Check-in at the kiosk upon arrival
- Wait in the Lobby until you receive an alert on your cell phone
- Proceed to the counter when notified
Multiple kiosks are available for check-in. Please keep your cell phone on and notifications enabled.

Lost & Found
Lost items that are delivered to City Hall will be stored in the lobby at the front desk. After 90-days, items will be donated to charity or disposed of.
