City Attorney

The City Attorney’s Office provides all legal services that are needed to support the City Council, City Commissions and Committees, City Manager, department directors, and City staff.

Innovation & Technology

The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, West Valley Division, provides law enforcement services to Cupertino, Saratoga, Los Altos Hills, Moffett, and unincorporated western Santa Clara County. They also contract with the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Valley Transportation Authority, and County Parks Department. The Sheriff's Office has 1,429 sworn personnel across various divisions.
