Bootcamp
Get fit with this total body conditioning class combining strength, resistance, and core training for a full body transformation! Increase endurance, strengthen muscles, improve stability and balance for a strong foundation.
Cardio Pilates
This moderate paced class combines standing and mat-based Pilates and toning exercises set to popular music. You will work your core and tone your muscles while moving to the beat of pop songs, old and new.
Full Body Strength and HIIT
Full Body Strength and HIIT training focuses on cardiovascular work while strength training focuses on muscle build.
Strength and Conditioning
Improve your muscle strength and increase lean muscle mass through resistance training. Free weights and stability balls are used to provide a variety of challenging exercises.

STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music in a high intensity workout to burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. It has options to suit all fitness levels.

Yoga - Hatha, Power Vinyasa, and Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. The poses are designed to improve your muscle strength, core stability, balance, range of motion, and flexibility. Vinyasa power yoga will take you through movements to enhance and relax the body and mind, help you relax and boost your energy.
Zumba
Zumba routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Sports Center Fitness Class Guidelines
- Please arrive on time. There is a five-minute grace period.
- Everyone must bring their own mat, and you must wipe down equipment before and after each use.
- Childcare is not available.
- Classes are open to those 13 and older.
